Through a structured interview and client engagement, Romel goes beyond the obvious, the presenting issue, to identify the root problem. Based on the outcome of the interview and clinical expertise, he proposes an individualized plan with goals that specifically target the problems with specific objectives and timelines for meeting those objectives. His extensive clinical background, training, and expertise have equipped him with skills critical to building and maintaining an effective and empathic relationship throughout the therapeutic process. Romel has over ten years working with sex and minority concerns and stress.
